The 2010 Adelaide Food Summit was a practical and cutting-edge program about South Australia's opportunities to expand its food and wine tourism programs to larger national and international audiences.
Part 1 presented a strong, engaging and detailed portrait of the extent and range of South Australia's bounteous food and wine tourism opportunities.
Part 2 was a participatory forum that was aimed at helping South Australia's tourism operators and business people in related fields, grow their businesses.
The Adelaide Food Summit extended South Australia's growing reputation as one of the World's Top Food and Wine Tourism Destinations.
