PAUL REYNOLDS
Paul C. Reynolds MPhil, MHCIMA Paul is the Academic Director for Higher Education with Le Cordon Bleu. He oversees the quality and wellbeing postgraduate programs around the world. He has over 25 years of expertise in training and development in the tourism and hospitality field in both South East Asia and Australia and has lectured in hospitality management, quality improvement and service industry management field for the past 15 years. He has been Associate Professor of Hospitality Management at 3 Universities in Australia, including the University of South Australia, leading academic teams and creating new degree programs in Hospitality, Hotel and Resort management. He is a Visiting Professor at Waseda University, Japan. He is on the editorial boards of the academic journals Tourism Management and Journal of Food Service Technology, and continues to publish regularly. |
