BRIAN LAWES 

Brian Lawes

Brian Lawes has an extensive background in the food and hospitality industry in both Australia and the UK, having previously worked for the Savoy Group at the Connaught Hotel in London.

Brian is currently the Education Manager in charge of Cookery and the Food Stores at TAFE SA's Regency International Centre for Hospitality at Regency Campus. Brian's other credits include the position of current President of Les Toques Blanches (SA Chapter) and he holds current membership in La Chaine Des Rotiseurs. Brian has also been involved in programs supporting young apprentice chefs in SA and has been chairman of judges for the Restaurant & Caterers Awards for Excellence for South Australia.

In July 2007, Brian was awarded the Restaurant & Catering Australia, Fine Wine Partners and Henschke Lifetime Achiever Prize for his contribution to TAFE SA - Regency International Centre and the industry in general over more than 30 years.
