TOM KIMETom Kime is an award winning English chef, food writer and food consultant. He has travelled extensively, and passionately shares his love of world cuisines and balancing taste and flavour. Tom trained with Rick Stein and at the River café in England with David Thompson at Darley St Thai and Peter Doyle at Cicada in Sydney. He has written two books, 'Exploring Taste and Flavour' and 'Street Food' which was published in Australia in June 2007. |
