BILL TAYLORBill Taylor started his career in Brewing over 30 years ago in Brisbane and has worked on assignment at various times in breweries in the USA, UK and Continental Europe. Bill has judged in a number of world class beer competitions in the UK, USA as well as Australia .His passion for the industry has seen him presenting at industry conferences, as well as at public events such as Master Classes and sharing beer and brewing stories on radio, television and in the press. Despite a hectic schedule as Chief Brewer for Lion Nathan Bill has recently written Beer and Food - A Celebration of Flavours, a tantalising introduction to the flavoursome world of beer and its often untapped potential for combining with food. |
