Distill's resident chef Amanda Daniel and Distill mixologists will guide you through the anatomy of a cocktail.  You will learn to produce health-giving elixirs that are ethically driven and organically based.
Exhibiting the most innovative techniques from “el Bulli” restaurant in Spain, the line between cocktails and food will be blurred. 

Accompanying the cocktails will be small innovative flavour bursts inspired by the environment and regional food.
