The Riverland is the “fruit bowl” of South Australia and a visit to the markets is a great way to experience the diverse range of fresh and processed foods on offer. A feature of the markets is the fabulous range of multicultural cuisine on sale including Greek, Italian, Indian and Lebanese foods. A friendly community gathering spilling over with chat and laughter, offering a delicious breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice, egg and bacon sandwiches and espresso coffee.  Saturday 13 October's markets feature a cooking demonstration showcasing regional produce with Hilton Adelaide chef Grant MacGregor.
