The Willunga Farmers' Market was the first farmers market in South Australia. Established by a group of local producers and regional food enthusiasts, the Willunga Farmers' Market was officially launched by worldrenowned environmental scientist, Dr David Suzuki in February 2002.  Each Saturday the Willunga Farmers' Market attracts hundreds of shoppers. The Market is a showcase for fresh, regional and seasonal produce including dairy products, venison, gourmet rabbit, organic sausages, fresh fruit and vegetables (organic & minimal spray), organic herbs, fresh and smoked fish, organic vegetable seedlings, potted herbs and plants, fresh flowers, chutneys, tapinades, pastes, dips, pate, dukkah, sauces, oils, local almonds, baked goods, wine, free range eggs plus much, much more!
