OCTOBER OMELETTE ODYSSEY

tafeSA through their Regency International Centre at Regency Campus, are holding a fun event for young people. Twelve teams of three Year 11 students will participate in the 'October Omelette Odyssey' beginning at 9am.

Teams will compete in an omelette cook-off where they prepare three omelettes each - French, Spanish and Aussie, against the clock, and under the watchful eyes of Cheong Liew, Stephanie Alexander and Lyndey Milan. Great prizes are on offer for the first three teams and competition is expected to be fierce!

COST Free - teams will need to bring some ingredients and cookware (see terms and conditions).
TIME 9am start for first team. Staggered starts for remaining teams.
