This menu will be inspired by Matt's passion for sourcing the finest seasonal produce available - a principle taught to him first hand by his rural upbringing. Matt Moran, his team and selected chefs from the award winning Playford Restaurant, will prepare an array of dishes using innovative and contemporary methods to appeal to a wide range of palates.
