Morning and afternoon class available 10am & 1.30pm. Wood Oven guru Paris Andrews will show you how to operate a wood oven and make the best pizza dough. Taste some of Paris' favourite pizzas fresh from the oven and make your own wood oven pizza to take home. Complimentary wine tasting from Bird in Hand Wines.
