Be whisked back in time to the heyday of Carrick Hill when Sir Edward and Lady Hayward were renowned for their hospitality. Let your senses be taken on a tasting journey reliving the1940's, 50's and the 60's. Carrick Hill's Gastronomer in Residence Allison Reynolds will demonstrate recipes from Lady Hayward's newly discovered family recipe books, in the faithfully restored post-war kitchen. Drinks will be served on the terrace followed by tastings in the stately dining room.
