BAROSSA CROQUETTES - THE GOURMET SNACK

Brasserie Moustache, Barossa
Thursday 8 - Saturday 20 October

In 1651 François Pierre de La Varenne, chef to the Marquis d'Uxelles and Louis xIV, described croquettes for the first time in a cookbook. At “Moustache” we are influenced by Edwin Kats, executive chef of two star “La Rive” in Amsterdam. Join us in trying an array of meat, fish, poultry, vegetable and dessert croquettes - the ultimate snack.
