ANTONIO CARLUCCIO
Antonio Carluccio is a leading authority on Italian cooking and has written ten best-selling books over the last twenty years. With his wife Priscilla, he founded the Italian food shop, Carluccio's, and the series of Carluccio Caffes. Antonio was recently awarded the OBE and has also been given the Commendatore award by the Italian government for his contribution to Italian food.
