LE CORDON BLEU FARM TO TABLE CHALLENGELe Cordon Bleu Farm to Table Challenge requires schools grow, produce, package, market and sell their own 'regional food' using traditional or artisan methods. Students can demonstrate their culinary, technology, agriculture, marketing, art, media, health and business skills whilst learning about the role food plays within their culture as well as debating serious food issues. Entries will be grouped by the number of students involved - make it easy or hard, short or long, involve few or many - the process is determined by your school!The 2007 Le Cordon Bleu Farm to Table Challenge promises an exciting journey into the realm of gastronomy, with sensational prizes for all participatiing schools!
