Serge Dansereau, The Bathers' Pavilion An energetic native-born Quebecois, Serge moved to Australia in 1983 to help open the newly built Regent, Sydney. In 1999 he left The Regent to help design, build and operate The Bathers' Pavilion on Sydney's Balmoral Beach. Bathers' opened in August 1999 and is one of Sydney's best and Australia's most acclaimed eating places. Serge is considered one of the trendsetters and leading chefs of Australia. His latest cookbook "Menus and Recipes" was released in November 2006. |
