Heidi strives to train and provide our industry with highly skilled cooks and chefs. As a Gold winning Medallist herself, she has judged in state and national competitions for Les Toques Blanches, La Chaine des Rotisseurs, Tasting Australia and at International level for the world championships ice carving 2003 in Europe. |
