Chris Taylor, Fraser's Restaurant Arriving in Perth eighteen years ago from Sydney, Chris Taylor consistently supported the philosophy of using local produce and "letting the produce speak for itself". It is a fine sentiment to harbour but cooking skills are needed to bring out the best of the produce. In the past fifteen years, Chris has committed himself to promoting the use of Western Australian produce both overseas, locally and at Fraser's Restaurant. Chris has travelled to Bali, Mauritius, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Phuket, Jakarta, Zimbabwe, London, Ireland and throughout Australia hosting cooking classes, dinners and gala events to educate chefs and the general public of the quality of produce available in Western Australia. Chris Taylor regularly hosts cooking classes and special events at Fraser's Restaurant. |
