Congratulations to all! The competition, held at tafeSA Regency Campus, fosters the development of skills among regional chefs, apprentices and trainees. Teams create a three-course menu for four people, pairing each course with Australian wines. And it all happens within a three hour time limit! The eight award categories and substantial prizes were presented at the Awards dinner on Thursday 18 October 2007 at the Hyatt Regency Adelaide. Was your region represented?
