Tasting Australia

The Tasting Australia event for 2012 will be held from 26 April to 3 May.

Since its inception in 1997, Tasting Australia has become a huge international success. The biennial festival is the perfect opportunity for food and drink professionals, the world’s food, drink and travel media and the public to enjoy the best that the nation and particularly South Australia has to offer in terms of produce, food products, wine and beer, hospitality and tourism.

Tasting Australia also provides a showcase for the world’s top culinary talents.

The countdown has begun to the next event – our eighth - taking place from 26 April to 3 May 2012.

Tasting Australia is the nation’s premium provider of networking opportunities for anyone with an interest in fine foods and beverages. 

It promises to be a unique event, providing entertainment, information and education. There are more than 60 public events planned for the festival.
