TASTING AUSTRALIA 2010

Tasting Australia is one of Australia's most influential and best attended food and drink festivals.

The event has hosted hundreds of the world's top chefs, sommeliers, restaurateurs, food , wine, beer and travel media - including the most highly respected television presenters and producers -  and has attracted a wide cross-section of the food-loving public to Adelaide and South Australia. It regularly attracts celebrity chefs such as Ferran Adria, Juan Marie Arzak, Rick Stein, Antonio Carluccio, Nick Nairn, Rachel Allen, Paul Rankin, Sophie Grigson, Madhur Jaffrey and Claudia Roden, Stephanie Alexander, Serge Dansereau, Neil Perry, Shannon Bennett, Paul Wilson, Chris Taylor, Cheong Liew and many more.

The next Tasting Australia will be held from the 29 April to 6 May 2010. More details later in the year.
